Supply and install structural steel beams and columns as per drawings supplied
- All steel noted on member schedule has been allowed for.
- Any extra member on Architectural drawings will be a variation.
- All quotes need 40% deposit and signature are required on acceptance for works to commence as per company policy.
- Progress claims are strictly 14 days invoice from date of invoice.
- Shop drawings supplied by fabricator.
- All steel to be power wire buffed and shop prime finished.
- Grid lines and set-out to be done by Builder.
- Kwik stage scaffold to be supplied by Builder if required.
- Clear Access must be supplied at all times.
- All steel delivered and erected on-sit will be charged as a progress claim.
- We do not place non shrink grout under beams or columns.
- Any steel not on the member schedule will be charged accordingly.
- No allowance for window lintels unless noted on schedule.
- No allowance for core drilling for bolt holes.
- No allowance for timber to timber brackets.
- No allowance for Architectural metalworker & Handrail.
- Delays on-sit by builder will be charged at the industry rate.
- All variation will be charged at the applicable rate.
- Allowance for 15 meters reach on crane included in price. If crane is required above the 15 miter reach additional charge will apply or Builder need to supplied for installation the steel member.
- All employees abide by the occupational Health & Safety Act 2004 and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations 2007.
- We do not accept retention for any projects.
